A View from the Loft with works of The Art Students' Guild of Brevard at Fifth Avenue Art Gallery

Exhibit Dates: April 3 - April 29, 2018

A View from the Loft closes on Sunday afternoon, April 29. This is the last week the work of the Art Students’ Guild of Brevard, TASGOB, will be on display for your enjoyment. Fifth Avenue Art Gallery was proud to partner with The Guild to mount this exhibit.

The Guild is the oldest art organization in Brevard County. Members gather three times a week to sketch or paint live models, drink coffee, and talk about art. Located on the top floor of the Arcade Building in downtown Melbourne, the Guild has offered workshops since its earliest beginnings. One of its prominent faculty, Bill Shultz, with the help of his students, created the American Impressionist Society. Some members hold membership in the Portrait Society of America as well as many of our local artists’ groups. Beginners are always welcome and encouraged by everyone. The variety in this exhibit takes offers a close look at the talents and diversity of its members and offers something for everyone.
Fifth Avenue Art Gallery is located in the Eau Gallie Arts district of Melbourne, Florida. All events are free and open to the public.
