Camera Club of Brevard July Meeting Announcement

The Camera Club of Brevard will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, July 5, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. at the Eau Gallie Civic Center, 1551 Highland Ave. in Melbourne. The evening’s program will be about competition photography. What makes a great competition photograph? This is a question CCB members ask all the time. You'll see and hear the answers throughout the program.  During the program, one hundred excellent photographs from CCB members and Great Britain's Cannock Photographic Society will be shown. You will see how each photograph is scored, including commentary by three judges. And you'll experience a fun photography game show. Be prepared to have fun, and to learn about what makes great competition photos.

The June photo contest theme was “Delicate”. The First Prize, Blue-ribbon winners in both Class A and Class B are shown above. The July photo contest theme is “What Is It?”. Members may submit one photograph to one contest. (For an explanation of our Class A and Class B contests, please see our website.)

The CCB meets the first Tuesday of each month (except December) at 6:30 p.m. at the Eau Gallie Civic Center, 1551 Highland Ave. in historic Eau Gallie. Guests are always welcome. If a guest becomes a member at a meeting, he or she is entitled to immediately enter our photo contests. For more information please see www.ccbrevard.com, our newly enhanced website.
