Frits Van Eeden was born in the Netherlands and was trained in the Hague at prestigious Academies of Artists and Sculptors.
The Frits Van Eeden Gallery at the Foosaner Art Museum in Eau Gallie is a tribute to his popularity as an art instructor for 30 years.
His art hangs in many private collections throughout Europe and the United States.
Frits is joined by over 20 of Florida's Finest Artists including Renee Decator, Jon Houghton, Mary Garrish, Henrimae Bell, Bill McCoy, Judy Mercer, Judy Rixom, Rita Zigler, Phyllis Shipley, Witha Lequesta, Helen Wheatley, Carol Garutti, Lynda Kodwyck, Doug Carmody (Photographer), Debbie Smith, Peg Phenicie, Judy Burgarella, Donna Young, Carolyn Nicolson, Wendy White, Sheila Loughton, Susan Lavendar, Judy McNamara and a special “Mystery Artist”. These fine artists are exhibiting and selling their art at Laserchrome Technologies Art Gallery and Showroom for the benefit of Ronald McDonald House Charities. Space Coast residents make up almost 20% of the families staying at Orlando Ronald McDonald Houses. Next April, a 15-bedroom Ronald McDonald House is expected to open near Nemours Children's Hospital at Lake Nona.
