Little Bits and Pieces Jewlelry Designs by Lois Ann Mittleman April 1-26

The jewelry designs of Lois Mittleman fill the front exhibit room of the Fifth Avenue Gallery. Many of you are familiar with Lois’s jewelry and may even own some of her designs.
You will see new and unusual stones: Black Tourmaline, Script Stone, Amethyst Padre Paraiso, Argonite, Pink Sapphires, Prehnite with Epidote, and Ethiopian Fluorite. You will see new and current gemstone cuts: collar-style plates and natural rough-cut Rubies, Apatite, and Fluorite. And of course, lots of the regular stuff will be in the show: Pearls, Rubies, Emeralds and Sapphires, Tanzanite and Tourmalines, Jasper, American Turquoise from the Sleeping Beauty and Kingman mines, Quartz, and even a few Black Diamonds.

Gemstones inspire Lois, and they will inspire you, too. Lois’s designs are based on the beauty, color, and shape of the stones, and that theme is evident in all her work. When Lois begins a new piece of jewelry, the gemstones rule.
