NEW VISIONS OF THE FLORIDA LANDSCAPE with Liu Nan and Nancy Baur Dillen will be on display at the Gadsden Art Center in Quincy, FL from January 10 through March 8, 2014 in the Sara May Love Gallery. This exhibition introduces Florida’s landscape from two different artist’s perspectives. The artists come from extremely different backgrounds while their work showcases Florida’s landscape in similar vibrant color and movement. Nancy Baur Dillen is originally from Quincy.  She retired from Brevard Community College (now Eastern Florida State College) in Melbourne where she was Professor of Art and Program Coordinator for 35 years. Since retirement, she has continued to concentrate on her painting. Also a professor, Liu Nan teaches art at FAMU in Tallahassee, but is originally from China.

The Gadsden Arts Center is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10a.m.-5p.m. and is located at 13 N. Madison St. in Quincy, FL. For more information, call the art center at (850) 875-4866, or go to their website at: http://www.gadsdenarts.org.
