Figure drawing for all skill levels!  Action poses, the anatomy of the body, and foreshortening.  Students with basic, intermediate, and advanced drawing skills learn step-by-step how to draw a realistic, proportional figure.  Students will try new ways of looking at and describing an immortal image through hands-on instruction exploring different dry and wet media as well as color.  We encourage individual multimedia. We will analyze well-known modern and past masters for their skills and insights into the human form.  Model fee extra and collectable at the first class:  more students, lower model fees.
Arrive with tools and enthusiasm; model at first class!
Georgi Gelalles has an M.F.A. from Florida State University majoring in painting and sculpture.
She has taught mixed media, painting and sculpture to children and adults for many years.
