CBAA Art Classes for Kids


Central Brevard Art Association Offers Art Classes To Youngsters

The Central Brevard Art Association (CBAA) recognizes the importance of nurturing young talent and has set in motion a summer program for children.  Being offered are classes in basic instructions in drawing and painting, and fun with arts and crafts.  Materials are provided.

The primary instructor is Gina Hulse, an art teacher at a private school.  She will be assisted by two retired art teachers.

Sessions for children aged six through 10 meet on Mondays July 16 and 23, Wednesdays July 18 and 25, and Thursdays July 19 and 26, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.   They will participate in arts and crafts.
Classes for the older children ages 11 through 15 meet on the same days in the afternoon 1:00 p.m. to 3 p.m.  Instruction will be in drawing and painting

Cost for each two-hour session is $15.  Prior registration for planning purposes is greatly appreciated.  Payment may be made on the day of the first class. 

Classes will take place at CBAA’s studio, 103 Barton Boulevard, Rockledge FL 32955 (behind the former police station).
